Abstract:
Series of experiments have been conducted to find the optimized dose and efficacy of nitrogen to fulfill the requirements of plant at each level by making split doses. Being most important macro nutrient, afield trial was conducted to study the effect of without applying nitrogen (control) single nitrogen (N) application at planting time on yield and nitrogen uptake of potato in comparison to various split applications. Data were collected about plants vegetative growth, total yield and qualitative factors (TSS, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and protein percentage in tuber). Experimental design used was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) having seven treatments with three replications. Data were analyzed by using standard statistical techniques. Overall, qualitative characters of tubers and yield enhanced with split nitrogen application as compared to all nitrogen applied once at planting time whereas, there was no significant difference between tuber nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and protein contents.
The Intraday Behaviour of Bid-Ask Spreads, Trading Volume and Return Volatility: Evidence from DAX30

Abstract: This paper undertakes a fresh empirical investigation of key financial market variables and the theories that link them. We employ high frequency 5-minute data that include transaction price, trading volume, and the close bid and ask quote for the period May 5, 2004 through September 29, 2005. We document a number of regularities in the pattern of intraday return volatility, trading volume and bid-ask spreads. We are able to confirm the reverse J-shaped pattern of intraday bid-ask spreads with the exception of a major bump following the intraday auction at 13:05 CET. The aggregate trading volume exhibits L-shaped pattern for the German blue chip index, while German index volatility displays a somewhat reverse J-shaped pattern with two major bumps at 14:30 and 15:30 CET. Our empirical findings show that contemporaneous and lagged trading volume and bid-ask spreads have numerically small but statistically significant effect on return volatility. Our results also indicate asymmetry in the effects of volume on conditional volatility. However, inclusion of both measures as proxy for informal arrival in the conditional volatility equation does not explain the well known volatility persistence in intraday stock returns.

Abstract: Geographically Pakistan gains much importance in the sea linkages as it intersects the three main sea lines of communication (SLOCs). After the project China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), there we see improvement in infrastructure of every sector which is linked with it. But the Ship breaking sector located at Gaddani, Pakistan was still ignored. And the main focus of our study is on the safety measures, education, health, and demands of TEVT graduates in this sector. Data is collect through survey in 2016. At start the ship breaking sector was on peak and become the No. 1 sector around the globe but unfortunately this sector in performance getting down and down with time. There are three main reasons, first, the high tax rate was imposed, second, there was no proper safety measures as we see deaths and injuries incidents are taken place, no proper medical facilities are available and third there was no proper training and education for the workforce which are engaged in this sector. All the needs of this sector to make it Green are addressed in this study properly. If all the measures which we addressed for the improvement of this sector is handled properly than this sector will contribute much more to GDP in different ways as this sector in terms of employment, and will also produce much more steel which not only fill the demand of steel domestically but also we will export it to different countries.

Abstract: In the title compound, C29H27N3O4S·0.5C6H14, the heterocyclic thiazine ring adopts a half-chair conformation with the S and N atoms displaced by 0.500 (5) and 0.229 (5) , respectively, on opposite sides from the mean plane formed by the remaining ring atoms. The mean planes of the pyrazole ring and the benzene ring bonded to it form a dihedral angle of 35.76 (11)° and an intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond ocurs. The crystal structure features O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. There is a half-molecule of hexane in the asymmetric unit lying about an inversion center. It is disordered over two sets of sites with occupancy factors 0.590 (9) and 0.410 (9).
A New One-Step Iterative Process for Common Fixed Points in Banach Spaces

Abstract: We introduce a new one-step iterative process and use it to approximate the common fixed points of two asymptotically nonexpansive mappings through some weak and strong convergence theorems. Our process is computationally simpler than the processes currently being used in literature for the purpose.

Abstract: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H9NO5S, contains two independent molecules. The heterocyclic thiazine rings in both molecules adopt half-chair conformations, with the S atoms in each molecule displaced by 0.455 (3) and 0.539 (3) and the N atoms displaced in the opposite direction by 0.214 (3) and 0.203 (3) , from the planes defined by the remaining ring atoms. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds involving both inter- and intramolecular interactions.

Abstract: The title compound, C16H11BrClN3, contains pairs of molecules lying about inversion centers linked by amino–pyrimidine N—H...N hydrogen bonds. The eight-membered rings thus formed are represented by the R22(8) motif in graph-set notation. The second H atom of the amine group shows a rather weak interaction with two Br atoms, resulting in bifurcated N—H...(Br,Br) hydrogen bonds. The dihedral angles between the mean planes of the benzene rings and the mean plane of the heterocyclic ring are 8.98 (15) and 35.58 (10)°. The Br and Cl atoms show substitutional disorder, with site-occupancy factors of 0.599 (2) and 0.401 (2), respectively.

Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, C13H10ClNO, the benzene and pyrrole rings are oriented at a dihedral angle of 7.37 (12)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into centrosymmetric R22(10) dimers. There are C—H...π interactions between benzene and pyrrole rings and a benzene C—H group. A weak π–π interaction between the pyrrole rings [centroid–centroid distance 3.8515 (11) ] further stabilizes the structure. There is also a π interaction between the pyrrole ring and the carbonyl group, with a carbon–centroid distance of 3.4825 (18) .
Molecularly Imprinted Nanomaterials for Sensor Applications

Abstract: Molecular imprinting is a well-established technology to mimic antibody-antigen interaction in a synthetic platform. Molecularly imprinted polymers and nanomaterials usually possess outstanding recognition capabilities. Imprinted nanostructured materials are characterized by their small sizes, large reactive surface area and, most importantly, with rapid and specific analysis of analytes due to the formation of template driven recognition cavities within the matrix. The excellent recognition and selectivity offered by this class of materials towards a target analyte have found applications in many areas, such as separation science, analysis of organic pollutants in water, environmental analysis of trace gases, chemical or biological sensors, biochemical assays, fabricating artificial receptors, nanotechnology, etc. We present here a concise overview and recent developments in nanostructured imprinted materials with respect to various sensor systems, e.g., electrochemical, optical and mass sensitive, etc. Finally, in light of recent studies, we conclude the article with future perspectives and foreseen applications of imprinted nanomaterials in chemical sensors.
