Abstract:
There are many types of vehicle generators and their parameters are different. Therefore, the motor selected for the remanufacturing test bench should be suitable for most generators. Therefore, there is a certain requirement for the adjustment range of the motor speed. The AC-DC-AC frequency converter has a large frequency adjustment range, which can meet the motor speed control requirements. In this paper, the Simulink visual simulation tool Simulink modeling and simulation of AC-DC-AC inverter circuit, according to re-manufactured generator test to change the motor-related parameters, and the resulting waveform analysis.
The Research of Magneto-Rheological Fluid Yield Stress Model  [PDF]

Abstract:
Magnetorheological Fluid (MRF), as an advanced and smart material which was controlled by magnetic field, was a kind of stable suspension in which magnetic particle dissolved in base fluid. The yield stress, one of main performance parameters of MRF, was the demarcation point between liquid and solid. At present, the yield stress calculation model did not have a uniform standard. The research on yield stress model was significant to the research on MRF. First, the research was based on the MRF characteristic and the research status of MRF sheer yield stress; second the classic dipole model, local field dipole model, polarized pellet model, continuous models on the average had been calculated and compared. The classic dipole model and local field dipole model had a well ability to describe the yield stress of MRF.

Abstract: The body proximate compositions were assessed in juvenile Coreius heterodon and C. guichenoti from the upstream of the Yangtze River. The migratory C. guichenoti has a higher lipid content (FAT) than the residential C. heterodon. FAT of C. guichenoti showed an interesting pattern of increase, where FAT increased up rapidly and then leveled off as body mass (M) increased above 6.5 g, suggesting that the lipid concentration reaches an upper limit of deposition. In both species, FAT of the smaller individuals was lower than protein content (PRO), but FAT increased more rapidly than PRO as the fish grew. This indicates that more energy was allocated to protein synthesis than lipid in the smaller fish, with an energy allocation shift from protein synthesis to lipid storage as the fish grew. Strong relationships between both FAT and energy content (E) and water content (WAT) were found in both species, suggesting strong predictive power for future application. However, different models for the two species should be used to predict FAT or E by WAT.

Abstract: By employing the continuous theorem from topology and the extended Ha-lanay's inequality, the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions for the Hopfield neural network with time-varying delayed are investigated. The algebraic sufficient conditions of periodicity and global exponential stability are presented. The conditions can be examined easily, so it is of practical usage. In additions, earlier results are extended and improved. A computation example is given to illustrate the proposed method.
Research on Consumer Purchase Behavior Diffusion across Market Using Cellular Automata

Abstract: The goal of this article is to offer new theoretical propositions to advance consumer behavior diffusion research and to provide a cellular automata method for diffusion modeling. We construct a cellular automata model (CAD) that captures the consumer learning mechanism in the purchase behavior diffusion which result in the new product diffusion. The results show that the cellular automata model successfully examined the purchase behavior diffusion on different products both in China and America to compare consumer behavior in different segmentation market for implication on new product marketing.
A Theory on Fashion Consumption

Abstract: Both the theory of top-down penetration of fashion consumption (Veblen - Simmel model) and the theory of bottom-up fashion consumption have been found consistent with the consumer behavior in the China’s fashion consumer market and the trend of such behavior keeps growing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study on fashion consumption to meet the needs of the development of real life and fashion consumption. Firstly, we describe the content of fashion consumption, discuss the connotation and main features of fashion and analyze the relationship among fashion, innovation, classic and prevalence; namely, innovation is the pioneer of fashion while the classic is the denotation of faded fashion and prevalence is the continuance of fashion. Secondly, we examine the psychological motivations and behavioral mechanisms of fashion consumption, pointing out that the psychological motivations of fashion consumption is showing-off and it is of symbolic significance. The general characteristics of fashion buyers and consumer characteristics including the elegant fashion, the popular fashion, the cool fashion and the Bobos fashion are presented. We put forward a decision-making process in fashion consumption according to the influence of fashion, the extent of consumer involvement and the purchase decision time. Finally, by analyzing the fashion consumption behavior of the Chinese consumers, we point out that the core of the cool fashion or the Bobo fashion is actually not materialism and both cool fashion and Bobo fashion will have a profound influence in the fashion consumption in the future.
Intraspecific Scaling of the Resting and Maximum Metabolic Rates of the Crucian Carp (Carassius auratus)

Abstract: The question of how the scaling of metabolic rate with body mass (M) is achieved in animals is unresolved. Here, we tested the cell metabolism hypothesis and the organ size hypothesis by assessing the mass scaling of the resting metabolic rate (RMR), maximum metabolic rate (MMR), erythrocyte size, and the masses of metabolically active organs in the crucian carp (Carassius auratus). The M of the crucian carp ranged from 4.5 to 323.9 g, representing an approximately 72-fold difference. The RMR and MMR increased with M according to the allometric equations RMR = 0.212M0.776 and MMR = 0.753M0.785. The scaling exponents for RMR (br) and MMR (bm) obtained in crucian carp were close to each other. Thus, the factorial aerobic scope remained almost constant with increasing M. Although erythrocyte size was negatively correlated with both mass-specific RMR and absolute RMR adjusted to M, it and all other hematological parameters showed no significant relationship with M. These data demonstrate that the cell metabolism hypothesis does not describe metabolic scaling in the crucian carp, suggesting that erythrocyte size may not represent the general size of other cell types in this fish and the metabolic activity of cells may decrease as fish grows. The mass scaling exponents of active organs was lower than 1 while that of inactive organs was greater than 1, which suggests that the mass scaling of the RMR can be partly due to variance in the proportion of active/inactive organs in crucian carp. Furthermore, our results provide additional evidence supporting the correlation between locomotor capacity and metabolic scaling.

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of the automobile engine bracket, the finite element model of the bracket is established. As the connecting part between the engine and the body, the performance requirements of the automobile engine bracket affect the comfort and the safety of the vehicle directly. Using the RADIOSS solver, the dangerous point of the bracket is analyzed. Under the premise of ensuring its reliability, with the help of OptiStruct software to carry out the topology optimization design, to get the optimal material distribution of the bracket and the final design will meet the performance requirements.

Abstract:

The complexity of large-scale network systems made of a large number of nonlinearly interconnected components is a restrictive facet for their modeling and analysis. In this paper, we propose a framework of hierarchical modeling of a complex network system, based on a recursive unsupervised spectral clustering method. The hierarchical model serves the purpose of facilitating the management of complexity in the analysis of real-world critical infrastructures. We exemplify this by referring to the reliability analysis of the 380 kV Italian Power Transmission Network (IPTN). In this work of analysis, the classical component Importance Measures (IMs) of reliability theory have been extended to render them compatible and applicable to a complex distributed network system. By utilizing these extended IMs, the reliability properties of the IPTN system can be evaluated in the framework of the hierarchical system model, with the aim of providing risk managers with information on the risk/safety significance of system structures and components.

Debrominated and methoxylated polybrominated diphenyl ether metabolites in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) after exposure to decabromodiphenyl ether

Abstract: Decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE209) is the primary component in a commonly used flame retardant. Previous studies had proved that BDE209 itself was not toxic, while its metabolites including debrominated diphenyl ethers (De-BDEs) and methoxylated brominated diphenyl ethers (MeO-BDEs) posed a potential threat to organisms. Many studies had indicated that BDE209 could metabolize quickly in mammals, but lacking in the basic data about the metabolism of BDE209 in fish. In the present study, two replicate treatment groups of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed to BDE209 via a single intraperitoneal injection approximately 100 and 500 ng/g, respectively. Muscle, liver and blood samples were collected to analyze the specific metabolites on day 1 and day 28 post injection. The highest concentration of BDE209 was detected in muscle tissues, from 796.1 ng/g wet weight (day 1) to 687.1 ng/g wet weight (day 28) in high dose group, suggesting that BDE209 could accumulate slightly in muscle tissues. However, BDE209 was not detected in the blood for all treatments. Most congeners of De-BDEs were found in muscle and liver tissues, with the highest concentration in the liver. The main De-BDEs were nona-, octa-, hepta- and penta-De-BDEs. A total of seven MeO-BDE metabolites were observed among di erent fish tissues. Blood had the highest contribution of the MeO-BDE metabolites. Each MeO-BDE congener increased over the 28 days. These results in contrast to other studies suggested possible species-specific di erences in metabolic abilities.
