信息化条件下会计学科体系重构

Abstract: 本文对信息化条件下会计学科体系进行了重构,即理论会计学——会计系统的价值分析、数理会计学——会计系统的数理机制、数字会计学——会计系统的运行模式,并对其作了具体分析。【关键词】信息化会计学科体系重构在经济学理论中,完整的经济学体系包括本体论、方法论和运行论三个部分。从这一模式出发,未来的会计学科体系包括:①理论会计学——会计系统的价值分析;②数理会计学——会计系统的数理机制;③数字会计学——会计系统的运行模式。  一、会计系统的价值分析  会计活动的目的是向会计用户提供可信赖的信息。引导会计学发展的会计理论是指会计实务或会计运行所依据的一系列基本概念,如会计目标、会计假设等。这些都是会计的基本运行规则。因此,理论会计学主要阐述会计信息的计量、处理和传送等方面的基本理论和基本技能。从理论的价值看,会计理论不仅可以解释会计实务而且可以评价会计实务,还能对会计实务起指导作用。理论界人士有句口头禅:“没有理论的实务是盲目的,而没有实务的理论是空洞的。”

Abstract:
当前的大陆基础教育学校中,亦存在着Foucault所说的宰制状态。然而教育系统的宰制有其特殊性,即专家与行政的融合。笔者依据弗莱雷《受压迫者教育学》的理论,通过一个个案的分析,提出专家式压迫者的概念,并指出这类专家式压迫者的特征和其背后的原因,最后提出一些可以避免或解决这种专家式压迫者的可能办法,以提供有类似情况发生又愿意寻求解决之道的教育者和教师一点参考和启示。
In the basic education of mainland China today, the situation of domination has existed which is suggested by Foucault. However, the domination in compulsory education has its particularity which is the combination of expert and administration power. Researcher points out the defini-tion of expert-oppressor according to the theory of Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Paulo Freire with a case analysis. Meanwhile, the characteristics and causing reasons are indicated and also the possible way of changing this situation, which could be the advices and inspirations to educators and teachers when they face the similar condition and hope to figure it out.

Abstract: With the disk reflectivity optional and with the recording information distribut ion discretionary, this paper analyzes the readout and crosstalk in photochromic dual-wavelength storage, establishes the models for them, and presents a method to reduce the readout crosstalk. It shows that as the crosstalk of the readout of a laser corresponding to a certain material is canceled, the parameter of the method is determined only by the molar extinction coefficient of the other mate rial, and the parameter is irrelative to the disk reflectivity distribution and the recording information, even irrelative to the molar extinction coefficient of the former material. This point is validated in the readout crosstalk cancelin g experiments with the two kinds of diarylethene with different absorption spect ra.

Abstract: A method for red tide detection and forecast by airbone lidar is proposed.By detecting the light scattering signal under water,the red tide alga density information is given.A scattering coefficient model for airborne lidar detection of red tide is firstly established through introducing the concept about the red tide alga scattering coefficient.The emulation proves that the model can evaluate alga density and accordingly forecast the growth process of red tide.

Abstract: Based on the daily observation data during 1951-2008,the change of extreme weather events in Beijing are analyzed.Results show that:(1) The annual mean temperature,minimum temperature,and mist events show increasing trends of 0.39 ℃·(10 a)-1,1.0 ℃·(10 a)-1,and 12.4 d·(10 a)-1 respectively.The maximum 24-h rainfall shows a decreasing trend of-10.8 mm·(10 a)-1,rain days,humidity,gale,and thunder storm decrease at different extent -1.90 d·(10 a)-1,-1.17%(10 a)-1,-2.64 d·(10 a)-1,and-1.24 d·(10 a)-1],sand and dust events show a decreasing trend of-9.39 d·(10 a)-1.The maximum temperature,the maximum rain intensity(60 min),and rainstorm,frost,fog,high temperature events have little change.(2) Rainstorm,high temperature,the maximum temperature,and sand and dust events have no remarkable periodicity.Thunder storm,frost,the minimum temperature,the maximum 24-h rainfall,and mist events have periodical variation,their main periods are 6 a,7 a,16 a,12 a,and 12 a,respectively.(3) Urbanization has an effect on the warming records in Beijing.Extreme weather events may be influenced by certain weather systems,with less correlation with city development.

Abstract: Through analyzing and extracting the newest researches on nutrient requirement and fertilization management of processing tomato, a dynamic knowledge model for decision-making was developed. With the principles of nutrient balance, the establishment of the model was based on total nutrient supply levels and their distribution among main growth stages of processing tomato under different environments and yield targets, and integrated the factors of soil physic-chemical properties, yield targets and variety. Case studies on the knowledge model with the experiment data sets of different eco-sites, varieties and soil characters indicated a good model performance in decision-making and applicability.

Abstract: Dune fields with several palaeosoil layers are common in marginal desert in Northern China and potentially reflect drought-moist variability in the Late Quaternary.A Holocene profile of aeolian deposits with alternating units of dune sands and sandy palaeosoils record dune building and stabilization at least three times in the Jinjie area(southeastern margin of Mu Us desert in China),which is specially located in loess-desert transitional region in response to East Asian monsoon alternation so as to likely archive millennial-scale patterns of palaeoenvironmental variability.Jinjie section (38.74°N,110.15°E; 1181m a.s.l),30km northwest of Shenmu County, is a ca.5-m-thick aeolian sandy profile (overlying layers of 2.5m modern dune and did not see bottom) with 3 layers of black or dark brown palaeosoils which correspond to three considerable dune fixations. In order to establish reliable timing of dune development,this study applied optically stimulated luminescence(OSL)dating techniques to the aeolian sediments features.10 luminescence samples obtained from this profile were dated using the quartz single aliquot regeneration(SAR)protocol.Combining with palaeoclimate proxies(e.g. ,grain sizes and magnetic susceptibilities),the records revealed as many as seven periods of significant rapid climate changes during the time intervals the palaeosoil layers deposited.The spatial and temporal extent of the data have allowed for correlations to be made with evidence from global climate changes.The first arid episode occurred before 7.5ka in the early Holocene,with widespread aeolian sand mobilization and sparse vegetation.During 7.5~3.9ka,climate turned to be warmer and more humid with the occurrence of thick palaeosoil layers in the lowest,at the same time with Holocene Optimum.When it comes to 3.9~2.9ka,the dune rebounded to reactive with strong winter monsoon,and the climate became arid again.The timing of widespread dune reactivation coincided with well-known 4ka event.The climate became warm and humid during 2.9~1.7ka,with lower magnetic susceptibility than the upper palaeosoil layer.Although the summer monsoon is weakened,the winter monsoon failed to become predominant.Climate fluctuated more frequently after 1.7ka with a warm climate episode during 1.0~0.5ka and an arid one around 0.2ka.It also revealed that the human significance of Holocene climate variability since 1ka ago.More importantly,the Holocene climate changes and evolution records from the Jinjie section could be correlated with the worldwide millennial-scale climate shifts,suggesting that the activity of East Asia monsoon in the Holocene may have directly been controlled or affected by global climate system.Several intervals coincide with major disruptions of civilization,revealing the human significance of Holocene climate variability at times.
