A thru-reflect-line calibration for measuring the characteristics of high power LDMOS transistors

Abstract: The impedance and output power measurements of LDMOS transistors are always a problem due to their low impedance and lead widths. An improved thru-reflect-line (TRL) calibration algorithm for measuring the characteristics of L-band high power LDMOS transistors is presented. According to the TRL algorithm, the individual two-port S parameters of each fixture half can be obtained. By de-embedding these S parameters of the test fixture, an accurate calibration can be made. The improved TRL calibration algorithm is successfully utilized to measure the characteristics of an L-band LDMOS transistor with a 90 mm gate width. The impedance of the transistor is obtained, and output power at 1 dB compression point can reach as much as 109.4 W at 1.2 GHz, achieving 1.2 W/mm power density. From the results, it is seen that the presented TRL calibration algorithm works well.

Abstract: Abstract: In order to design and optimize high-linearity power amplifier (PA), it is very important to build correct PA behavioral model in system-level simulation. This article mainly used Freescale semiconductor chip MRF5p21180 to carry on amplifier circuit design in the ADS .Carried on the MATLAB fitting simulation to the extracted data by BP and RBF as well as Cascading model BP-RBF. BP-RBF was presented on the basis of the two networks.Compared with voltage RMS error (RMSE) to validate the model accuracy, Compared with epochs and and convergence time to validate the model training speed, eventually the result derived that BP-RBF has better fitting function than other two models,having the important reference value to study Behavior model of RF power amplifier.

Abstract:
在群组评价问题中,称评价参与者(即节点集)及参与者之间的评价关系构成群组评价局部环境,即评价群体的网络结构。区别将权力视为个体属性的评价方法研究,将结构权力作为关系属性即作为评价关系的一种表现形式与参与者节点信息共同构建局部评价环境。讨论了具有结构权力导向的局部评价环境构建及群组评价方法,按照群组评价中可能的结构权力来源,将结构权力量化为能够通过评价参与者之间主观判断和根据群组评价网络结构表示的权力关系。具有结构权力导向的局部评价环境群组评价方法将结构权力信息引入评价问题,量化了权力关系,在确保群组评价方法柔性的同时提高了结构权力因素参与的评价方法的客观性。
Traditional research in authority shows that the power is a kind of individual properties. This paper, based on the opinion of authority is a kind of relational properties, presents a group evaluation method which the partial evaluation environment is built by both authority, as a form of evaluation relations, and the experts information. We discuss the evaluation method, according to possible sources of authority, with authority- oriented in partial evaluation environment. The authority is quantified as the power relation by both the group subjective judgments and the group network structure. The group evaluation method with authority-oriented in partial evaluation environment introduces the authority information, and quantified the power relation. The method improves the flexibility and the objectivity of the comprehensive evaluation problem.

Abstract: 大型装备维修集很多工序于一体,调度计划相对复杂,难以选择出最佳计划。针对该问题,提出了一种基于证据理论、层次分析法和模糊综合评判的维修计划综合评估方法。该方法采用证据理论融合多专家意见,层次分析法得到各指标权重,模糊综合评判进行综合评价得到最优计划,这样避免了主观因素对决策结果的影响,并建立了维修计划综合评估模型,通过对维修计划的评价,验证了该模型的合理性。
Large equipment maintenance has many process, its scheduling is relatively complex. It is difficult to choose the best plan. To solve this problem, is proposed based on DS evidence theory, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of a comprehensive assessment of the large equipment maintenance project. Fusion using DS evidence theory more than expert opinion, the level of analysis to get the weight of each index, a comprehen-sive evaluation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to obtain the optimal plan, so to avoid subjective factors influence the decision-making results, and the establishment of an integrated assessment model for large equipment maintenance plan, through the large equipment maintenance program evaluation, validation of the model is reasonable.

Abstract:

科学合理的评价指标体系是土地集约评价的核心,目前的研究多是关于区域建设用地、城市用地、开发区用地等方面的单体评价指标体系,这些指标体系之间的异同需要进行研究。本文采用文献资料归纳和比较分析法,探讨单体评价指标体系间的一致性与差异性,构建了区域–城市–开发区–高校教育用地–农村居民点的多层次建设用地集约评价指标体系,完善了集约用地评价指标结构层。结果表明,各单体评价指标体系在内涵表达、评价指标的设定和指标体系的设计上存有共性因素;并创新性地提出了多层次评价指标体系的构建思路及核心指标体系。
The science-reasonable evaluation index system has been regarded as the core of land intensive assessment, and the relative studies mainly focused on monomer evaluation index system, including region-based construction land, urban construction land and development zones and so on. Differences between them needed to be studied. Methods employed included documentation and comparative analysis. By analyzing and comparing similarities and the differences between the monomer evaluation index systems, the paper put forward the ideas of constructing multi- level evaluation index system, including region, urban, development zones, education land of colleges and rural housing, which could improve the evaluation index structure layer. The conclusions had two aspects: firstly, significant similarities were presented in the aspect of connotation expression, selection of evaluation index and design of index system; secondly, the paper innovatively put forward the ideas for construction of multi-level evaluation index system and the core indicators system.

背景:酒精依赖是一种严重而常见的复杂疾病,大量关联研究常致力寻找其易感基因,目前对已发现的遗传变异还缺乏整体的分析和认识。方法:采用基因富集通路分析法对来自31项饮酒相关研究的1438个单核苷酸多态性进行分析。结果:钙信号传导通路(hsa04020) (P = 5.4 105)显示出最显著的关联富集,经多重检验校正后仍显著(bonferroni P = 0.8 103, FDR = 0.6 102)。有研究证实钙信号转导通路在脑功能调节中必不可少,该通路中的基因与酒精对身体的抑郁作用有关。结论:钙信号转导通路可能对酒精依赖具有重要影响。

Abstract:
目前智能电网的“三化”(信息化、自动化以及互动化)已经进入全面推进阶段,智能营业厅作为重要组成部分,直接影响客户服务以及整个品牌形象。论文在分析智能营业厅的功能需求的基础上,提出了一体化互动式营业厅的设计方案,包括整体方案设计、实现支撑系统、互动化管理系统以及智能营业厅功能区建设,并设计了95598供电服务平台,实现互动化、智能化。最后,简述了基于该设计方案的北方某供电局改造方案、投资以及效益;该设计方案充分利用了通信技术、计算机技术和考虑用户体验习惯,有助于提高企业效益和品牌,节约管理成本,对于建设智能电网具有现实工程意义。
At present, the smart grid “three characteristic” (with information, automation, and interactive) has developed rapidly, the smart business hall as an important part of the smart grid, will affect the service and the whole band image. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the intelligent business hall, the scheme of integration of interactive business hall is proposed, in-cluding the detailed information about the whole design, the implementation support system, in-teractive management system and the construction plan of functional zone, in addition, the 95598 platform is also designed, in order to realize the interactive and intelligent. Finally, the paper briefly describes the modification scheme, investigation and benefits for one power supply bureau based on the above scheme. The design makes full use of the communication technology, computer technology and considers the user experience habits, helps to improve the efficiency of the en-terprise and brand, save administrative costs, for the construction of smart grid has realistic en-gineering significance.
