Abstract:

世界各国精神疾病患者数量逐年上升,覆盖地区逐年增多,中国是精神疾病发病重灾区。国际上非常重视精神疾病治疗药物的研究,目前临床使用广泛且疗效优良的原研治疗精神疾病药物几乎被大型跨国制药企业垄断。本研究以精神药物专利申请量为评价指标,分析中国在精神药物研发方面的创新性。结果提示:1) 国内精神药物研发相对滞后,中国的制药业与发达国家和地区相比存在较大差距,国内制药企业在精神药物研发方面进行完全自主开发新药,在今后相当长时间内仍有一定难度;2) 通过对跨国公司专利到期时间的分析,仿制药开发和生产是国内在精神药物研发方面的方向之一。为了填补精神疾病药物研发的空白,缩短与国际间差距,我国应加强精神药物的创新和仿制力度。
Currently the number of mental illness increased in each countries and the coverage area has increased every year, where China is the hardest area. The international community attaches great importance to the study of antipsy-chotic drugs, which excellent drugs, which are widely used in clinical and showed efficacy, monopolize by large multi-national pharmaceutical companies. This study analyzed the innovativeness on antipsychotic drugs in China, with its patent application for evaluation index. The results indicated that: 1) The development of domestic antipsychotic drugs were relatively dropped behind, in which there was a considerable gap compared with the pharmaceutical industry in China and developed countries, and the domestic companies were still more difficult to complete self-development of new drugs for quite a long time; 2) Generics development and production were the direction of domestic antipsychotic drugs, by analyzing the multinational patent expires time. In order to fill our gaps in antipsychotic drugs market, we should strengthen efforts in antipsychotic drugs of innovation and imitation.

乙二胺为核心的pamam树枝状聚合物(5.0代)纳米材料溶液的遗传毒性研究

Abstract: ?目的:研究乙二胺为核心的pamam树枝状聚合物(5.0代)纳米材料溶液的遗传毒性。方法:采用ames试验平板掺入法,设3985、797、139.4、31.88和6.376μg/皿的5个乙二胺为核心的pamam树枝状聚合物(5.0代)溶液浓度组,在加与不加s9混合液的条件下观察回变菌落数。同时采用l5178y细胞胞质分裂阻滞微核细胞组学试验,给予受试细胞终浓度分别为0.625、1.25、2.5、5、10μg/ml的受试物,观察其微核组效应、剂量-效应和时间-效应关系。结果:受试物溶液各剂量组均未引起测试菌株回变菌落数明显增加,ames试验结果为阴性。胞质分裂阻滞微核细胞组学试验中,与阴性对照组比较,1.25μg/ml的受试物即可诱导受试细胞出现核芽(p<0.01);2.5μg/ml及以上剂量可进一步诱使细胞出现总微核、ⅰ型微核、ⅱ型微核和核质桥效应(p<0.01),且存在明显的剂量-效应关系(除核质桥外,r值均>0.5,p均<0.05)。与阴性对照组比较,在5μg/ml剂量下,乙二胺为核心的pamam树枝状聚合物(5.0代)溶液在9h时即可诱导受试细胞的总微核、ⅰ型微核、ⅱ型微核和核芽增加(p<0.01);在18h时出现核质桥数增加(p<0.01),各项指标在27h达到峰值。结论:乙二胺为核心的pamam树枝状聚合物(5.0代)溶液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无致基因突变作用;对l5178y细胞可诱导4类微核组效应,并有明显的剂量-效应和时间-效应关系;从剂量和时间来看,以核芽效应最为敏感。

Abstract:

精神疾病在我国发病率逐年上升,我国已成为该类疾病发病重灾区。国际上对于精神疾病的药物研究集中在西药部分,而中药作为我国瑰宝,在治疗精神疾病上有独到优势。本文以抗精神病药物的专利为研究方法,通过分析相关抗精神病药物发明专利,对我国抗精神病中药的药效与药材进行统计学分析,分析我国抗精神病药物的研究现状。结果发现抗精神病药物的中药专利大部分在中国出现,西药专利为国外居多,说明抗精神病中药市场潜力巨大,该类药物研究在国内尚处于起步阶段;补虚、理气、安神药材均占抗精神病中药配方总专利数百分比均大于10%,中药材中郁金、大黄、当归、甘草、木香和胆南星用量最多。本研究预示着中药处方学对于精神疾病研究方向,为研发新型抗精神病中药提供参考。
Currently the number of mental illness increased in China, our country is the hardest area. International an-tipsychotic medicines research focuses on the part of western medicine. Chinese traditional medicines as a rarity in our country have unique advantage on antipsychotic diseases. This paper researched the Chinese patents of antipsychotics, through analysis inventive patents of antipsychotics, pesticide effect and medicinal materials, results research status of antipsychotic in our country. Results that Chinese traditional antipsychotic medicines patents most appeared in China, Western medicine patents showed in foreign countries mainly, which indicated that there might be a tremendous poten-tial market of Chinese traditional antipsychotic medicines. Some of Chinese traditional formulas including tonic drug, Qi regulating drug, nourishing heart tranquilization drug had more than 10% in percentage of total number of Chinese formulas patents of antipsychotics; Some of Chinese traditional drugs including Chinese Tulip, Chinese rhubarb, Chi-nese angelica, licorice root, aucklandia Lappa and bile star were the most used drugs in Chinese formulas patents of antipsychotics. The data suggested that Chinese medical prescription learn might be the way for mental disease treat-ment, which could provide reference for finding new Chinese traditional antipsychotic medicines.

抑郁症患病率逐年上升,社会负担不断加重,开发抗抑郁症药物已是当务之急。贯叶金丝桃又名圣约翰草,用于抑郁症治疗已有上千年历史,是目前替代经典抗抑郁合成药物治疗轻度和中度抑郁症的唯一草药。本文通过分析贯叶金丝桃治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和作用机理,为其成为安全有效的候选药提供证据,也为我国传统抗抑郁中草药的研究和开发提供参考。

With the increased prevalence of depression and social burden every year, the development of antidepressant is becoming a hop priority. Hypericum perforatum L., also known as St. John’sWort inEurope, has been used for the treatment of depression for thousands of years. It is the only herbal alternative to classic synthetic antidepressants in the therapy of mild to moderate depression. By analyzing the clinical antidepressant efficacy and mechanism of Hypericum perforatum L., it aims at providing some evidence for Hypericum perforatum L. as a safe and effective drug candidate, and also provides a reference for the research and development of our traditional antidepressant herb.

金属材料低温疲劳裂纹起始寿命的微机辅助电位法测试

Abstract: 本文研制了一套适用于低温环境的疲劳裂纹微机辅助电位法测试系统。该系统中采用了翻转电位法、温度补偿和控温信号锁存等技术.对16Mn 钢及 LY12cz 铝合金缺口试件低温疲劳裂纹起始寿命的实际测试结果表明,该系统可比较有效地抑制测试仪器零点飘移、温度波动等造成的干扰,提高了测试精度。实验结果表明,降低温度可使16Mn 钢及 LY12cz 铝合金的疲劳裂纹起始寿命提高。本文还对实验结果及测试系统的进一步改进做了简要讨论。

Abstract: 本文对我国北方山西大同等20多个地区石炭二叠纪煤系地层作了野外地质调查,发现大量可利用的高岭石粘土岩,并进一步进行了详细的岩石矿物学研究,讨论了高岭石蠕虫体上纵沟形成过程,增添了几种新的矿石类型。通过对矿床形成条件的研究,高岭石粘土岩与煤层关系密切,常位于沉积旋回的上部,有明显的沉积韵律,这对于推测和寻找新的矿层有实际意义。作者通过对此岩石进行的工艺性能测试,加之在我国分布广泛,认为它是一种优质的富有生命力的新型陶瓷原料。

Abstract:
基于第一性原理计算,本文研究了S元素替代对最近新发现的BiSe2基超导体LaO0.5F0.5Bi (Se1?xSx)2晶格和电子结构的影响。发现随着S掺杂浓度的增加,晶格参数a,c以及原胞体积V都呈下降的趋势。研究了LaO0.5F0.5BiSe2和LaO0.5F0.5BiS2的电子结构,发现二者都具有多带结构,费米面具有准二维结构,费米处的态密度主要来自于Bi-6p轨道。然后运用两种不同方法建立LaO0.5F0.5Bi (Se0.5S0.5)2原胞模型,发现两者费米面出现显著不同,表明Se1和Se2位置原子的不等价性。最后计算发现随着S掺杂浓度的增大,费米面处态密度先增大再减小,在x = 0.6时取得最大值,与实验描绘的Tc~x相图基本一致,预示着LaO0.5F0.5Bi (Se1?xSx)2可能为电声耦合的常规超导体。
Based on first-principle calculations, this work investigates the effects of element substitution on the crystal lattice and electronic structure of the newly discovered BiSe2-based superconductor LaO0.5F0.5Bi(Se1?xSx)2. With the increase of S doping level, it is found that the lattice parameters a, c, and the unit-cell volume V gradually decrease. For the electronic structure of LaO0.5F0.5BiSe2 and LaO0.5F0.5BiS2, they both have multi-band structure, and show quasi two-dimensional Fermi surface (FS). The density of states (DOS) at the FS mainly comes from Bi-6p orbital. For LaO0.5F0.5Bi(Se0.5S0.5)2, using two different models established by different unit-cell model, we find that their FSs are significantly different, indicating the inequivalence of Se1- and Se2-position atoms. Besides, with the increasing of S doing level, the DOS at Fermi energy firstly increases and then decreases. When the concentration of S is x = 0.6, the DOS has a maximum value, which is consistent with the experimental Tc~x phase diagram, indicating that LaO0.5F0.5Bi(Se1?xSx)2 may be an electron-phonon coupling superconductor.
