Abstract:
本文将波特的价值链理论引入物流领域,提出物流价值链理念,进而提出物流竞争力的提升取决于物流价值链中关键环节对整个物流活动的价值创造。通过建立物流价值链模型,确定影响物流竞争力的四个关键要素为物流定位、系统集成、快速反应和绩效测评,并据此分析了物流竞争力的特征及构建了物流竞争力的关键指标。

The paper introduces the theory of value chain to logistics area, and proposes the concept of logistics value chain in which the logistics competitiveness depends on the contributions of some key logistics parts to the whole logistics activities. Through establishing the model of logistics value chain, there are four key logistics parts which impact the logistics competitiveness: logistics location, system integration, quick response and performance evaluation. Moreover, the characteristic of the logistics competitiveness is analyzed and the key indicators of the logistics competitiveness are constructed.

Abstract:
互联网+具有“中介化?”的价值内涵,在对物流产业价值链的重构中能够节省交易成本,同时在运营管理中实现大数据化和透明化。从互联网 + 物流的价值链特征来看,其重构分为表层重构和供应链重构,反映在物流活动中为物流流程的“中介化?”,通过保留、补充或强化某些必要的物流环节,或简化、取消、替代某些不必要的物流环节,以实现“中介化?”的交易成本降低,并利用大数据辅助物流管理决策,同时应用EPC、IOT等信息技术,进行透明、公开的运营和交易,整体提升物流业的发展水平。
Internet+ has the value of “intermediary?”, which can save transaction cost in rebuilding the value chain of logistics, and utilize big data and transparency to aid operation management. From the point of the characters of Internet + logistics value chain, there are two ways of reconstruction: surface reconstruction and the supply chain reconstruction, which, reflected in the logistics activi-ties, is logistics process “intermediary?”. Some necessary logistics parts will be reserved, com-plemented or reinforced, and the unnecessary parts will be simplified, abandoned or replaced, which can reduce the transaction cost, and aid to make decisions with big data and information technology such as EPC, IOT, etc. Then the logistics operation and transaction are transparent and opening, which promotes the overall development level of the logistics industry.

Abstract:
本文从产业层面、行业层面和企业层面对“互联网+”下的相关物流理论研究进行综述,探析了“互联网+”下的物流理论渊源,基于资源基础/依赖理论、交易成本理论、委托代理理论、长尾理论、市场均衡理论、消费主权理论和价值链理论等多理论融合下分析“互联网+”下物流理论内涵。结合“互联网+物流”理论渊源对三种典型的“互联网+物流”模式的形成机理进行剖析,为“互联网+物流”的发展提供基础理论依据。
The paper makes a review of “Internet plus logistics” related theory from the industry level, in-dustry level and enterprise level, and then analyzes the theoretical connotation of “Internet plus logistics” based on a number of theories, involves resource basis/dependence theory, transaction cost theory, principal agency theory, the long tail theory, market equilibrium, consumer sove-reignty theory and value chain theory. Moreover, with above origin theories, the article analyzes the formation mechanism of three typical “Internet plus logistics” modes, which provide a theoretical basis for the application and development of “Internet plus logistics”.

Abstract:
物流产业联盟作为一种优势互补、资源共享以及应对竞争的有效手段,在我国已经出现了多种模式。本文分析了现有物流产业联盟中的外包联盟、纵向联盟和横向联盟等六种模式,并从伙伴选择、信用管理、绩效考核等方面提出了物流产业联盟的风险防范措施。
Logistics industry alliance is used as an effective means to form complementary advantages, share resources and deal with competition. Some modes of logistics industry alliance have already come into being in China. The present paper analyzes six modes including outsourcing alliance, vertical alliance, horizontal alliances, etc. At the same time, risk prevention measures of logistics industry alliance are proposed from the aspects of partner selection, credit management, and performance evaluation.

Abstract:
在“互联网+”环境下,传统物流业开始与互联网进行融合。本文通过对“互联网+”理念的梳理和“互联网 + 物流”概念的界定,探析了“互联网 + 物流”的物流资源整合、价值链重构和去中介化功能等三重内涵特征。进而分析了“互联网 + 物流”现有的三类典型模式:平台模式、众包模式和跨界模式,在此基础上传统物流逐步转型,形成新的物流业生态。
In the environment of “Internet plus”, the traditional logistics industry begins to integrate with the Internet. The paper firstly definites the concepts of the “Internet plus” and “Internet plus logistics”, and then analyzes the characteristics of “Internet plus logistics”, which involves logistics resources integration, reconstruction of the value chain and disintermediation function. Moreover, there are three typical models of “Internet plus logistics”: logistics platform, logistics crowd sourcing and logistics cross-border; then the traditional logistics transformated gradually to form a new logistics industry.

Abstract: 为研究客户订单在供应链间的协作处理机制,考虑集群式供应链环境下基于两条单链进行柔性动态订单配置的情形,建立订单并行配置条件及基本模型。考虑链间横向合作现实,扩展构建订单跨链并行配置模型,用以机动处理能力内和能力外的跨链订单。基于Lagrange算法进行求解。仿真分析发现,跨链下的订单配置策略比无跨链情形更具弹性,在保证生产能力充分负荷的同时减少了订单拒绝风险。同时还发现,订单拒绝机会成本系数和跨链订单生产成本系数对订单配置有重要影响,这两个参数的组合中存在一个临界点,集群式供应链可通过临界点演化出来的组合,设计出对优先订单和跨链订单的接受决策及其生产规划,从而使客户满意度和总利润达到最优。

Abstract:
物流园区的构成实质为物流产业集群,本文从供应商-客户关系驱动产业集群协作、网络式协同效应驱动产业集群协作和互联网经济驱动产业集群协作三个层面对物流园区间协作关系的演进进行综述。进而从大数据的视角,分析物流大数据下的供应链协作关系,同时以集群式供应链为背景,综述不同物流产业集群间跨供应链协作方式与途径。在大数据技术下,物流园区间合作越来越常规化,对集群式供应链间的横向跨链协作进行系统的、深入的研究是一个必然趋势。
The essence of logistics park is logistics industry cluster. There are three driving forces of the lo-gistics industry cluster: supplier-customer relationship, network synergistic effect, and Internet economy. Then the paper makes a review of the evolution of the collaboration in logistics parks. Moreover, from the perspective of big data, the paper analyzes the collaboration in the supply chains, and summarizes the ways and means of cross supply chain collaboration among different logistics industry clusters based on the cluster supply chain. With big data technology, the co-operation between the logistics parks is more and more routine, and the study of cross-supply- chain collaboration in the cluster supply chain system is an inevitable trend.

Abstract: ?优化猪骨的高压蒸煮工艺,以达到充分提取猪骨中的蛋白质和脂肪的目的。通过正交试验,确定最佳工艺条件:温度130℃、时间3h、料水比1:1.5(ml/g),在此条件下蛋白质提取率为68.2%、骨油提取率为83.3%。
