Abstract: 关于内含子的起源和进化有内含子早现(introns-early)和内含子晚现(introns-late)两种假说。内含子早现理论认为内含子是基因原来就有的结构;内含子晚现理论认为内含子是在进化过程中插入基因中的。除了提供多种剪切方式外,内含子中还有多种顺式作用元件参与转录调控,对酵母基因内含子转录调控功能的统计分析显示酵母基因上游与内含子之间可能存在的一些转录协同作用模式
There are two opposing theories about intron originated and evolved. The introns-early theory believed that introns had already existed at the beginning of life. However, the introns-late theory believed that the introns were inserted into genes during the course of evolution. Some cis-elements in introns play a key role in transcriptional regulatory. The statistical analysis of transcriptional regulatory function showed that there are some potential patterns of transcriptional synergy between 5’-UTR and introns.

Abstract:
以生物法为基础的废水资源化生态工程,对污染水体中的COD和氨氮等有明显的处理效果。使废水资源化发挥其最大化的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,对缓解水资源短缺的危机和实现水资源的可持续利用有重大意义。本文就废水资源化生态工程处理方法、生态植物处理废水的机理、废水处理技术及资源化研究情况进行研究介绍,并着重介绍生态植物废水资源化的研究方法、进展及存在的问题;对未来废水资源化生态工程的发展和改进提供了重要的参考和依据。
The ecological engineering, which is based on the biological wastewater resource, has obvious treatment results for COD and NH3-N in polluted water. Maximizing the economic benefit, envi-ronmental benefit and social benefit of wastewater resource has great significance to alleviate the shortage of water resources crisis and to realize the sustainable utilization of water resource. This paper makes a brief introduction to the resources of eco-engineering wastewater treatment me-thods, eco-plant wastewater treatment mechanism and wastewater treatment technology, and fo-cuses on the progress of the research methods of ecological plant wastewater resource problems. The research provides reference and basis for the development and enhancement of wastewater resource ecological engineering in the future.

煤炭产业链延伸是增加产业附加值,实现产业优化的过程。在确定煤炭产业链合理延伸路径之前,需要全面、客观地分析煤炭产业链的内外部影响因素,才能确保产业链延伸的社会、技术和经济效益。本文通过构建影响煤炭产业链延伸的内部外各个影响因素,进而构建基于GEM的双因素评价模型,来评判各个影响因素对煤炭产业链延伸的重要性,最终确定影响因素的整体作用对于煤炭产业链的延伸到底是有促进作用还是阻碍作用,将为煤炭产业链延伸起到决策支持作用。
The coal industry chain extension process is to increase the industrial value-added, industrial op-timization process. In determining the path of a logical extension of the coal industry chain, we need a com-prehensive, objective analysis of the coal industry chain, internal and external factors, in order to ensure that the chain extension of the social, technological and economic benefits. This paper has research various inter-nal and external impacting factors chain on the coal industry chain extension, and then has build a GEM- based two-factor evaluation model to judge the impact of various factors on the importance of the coal indus-try chain extension, and ultimately determining the overall impact of factors affecting the coal industry chain for extension in the end which is a key factor in promoting or inhibiting. It will play a key role in decision support for the coal industry chain extension.

本文研究了恒加试验下,基于最小路径描述的复杂系统可靠度的估计问题。假设每个子系统的寿命分布为指数分布,且在恒加试验下,得到的每个子系统的寿命样本为定数截尾样本,在此条件下,本文给出了复杂系统的可靠度的估计及其渐近分布。

This paper studies estimation of the complex system described by minimal paths under the constant-stress accelerated life tests. Assuming that the product life time from each subsystem in the exponential distribution are type II censoring date under the constant-stress accelerated life tests. Under this condition, this paper gives the estimation and its asymptotic distribution of reliability of a complex system.
