单摆冲击划痕法及其在磨粒磨损和冲蚀磨损研究中的应用

Abstract: 为了促进新近发展起来的单摆冲击划痕法在磨损研究领域的应用,考察材料在单摆冲击划痕条件下的磨损规律,弄清这种方法与平稳加载滑动磨粒磨损及冲击加载喷砂冲蚀之间的关系,采用单摆冲击划痕法、滑动磨粒磨损和喷砂冲蚀3种试验方法,研究了几种纯金属和合金材料的磨损行为.结果表明:在单摆冲击划痕过程中,比能耗(材料产生单位体积划痕所消耗的能量)与材料的切向动态硬度之间有较好的线性关系,二者都可以用作单摆冲击划痕法评价材料耐磨性的指标;材料的法向动态硬度与显微硬度有较好的线性关系,而且法向动态硬度能够更准确地反映材料在平稳加载条件下的抗磨能力

Abstract: 为了提示工程实际中处于动载摩擦工况下对磨件的磨损规律,利用单摆划痕法对SiC颗粒增强的2024Al复合材料的冲击磨粒磨损行为进行了试验研究。结果表明,在给定的试验条件下,复合材料的抗冲击磨粒损能力比2024Al基体合金的好,而且是随着颗粒含量的增大而提高,颗粒尺寸越小,复合材料的抗磨粒磨损性能越好,经过热处理强化的复合材料的抗磨性比挤压状态的复合材料的好,复合材料的抗冲击磨粒磨损性能主要取决于材料

Abstract: 动载磨损是工程应用的一种常见现象,然而已有的试验研究大都是以平稳加方式进行的,这样得到的磨损规律显然与实际工况下的不符。因此,利用滑动磨损和喷砂冲员两种不同的试验方法,对SiC颗粒增强2024Al复合材料的磨损行为进行了试验研究。

Abstract: 为提高ZnO光量子产率、拓展光谱吸收范围,促进光催化降解低浓度偏二甲肼废水,研究采用贵金属Pd修饰乙醇辅助水热法制备出纳米Pd/ZnO颗粒,并对其进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线能谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱的表征。将所得ZnO/Pd分别在紫外光和太阳光下光催化降解偏二甲肼废水。结果表明,Pd大幅提高了ZnO紫外吸收性能,且将其吸收光谱范围拓展到400~800nm的可见光区域。ZnO/Pd纳米粒子在紫外光下对偏二甲肼2h最大降解率为76.8%,化学需氧量(COD)的去除率能达到58.2%,在太阳光下偏二甲肼降解率为80.5%,COD的去除率能达到75.7%。因此,ZnO/Pd的光催化性能在太阳光下比紫外光下好,太阳光下偏二甲肼中间产物被分解得更快、更彻底。

Abstract: ?tini合金具有许多特殊功能,但因生产工艺复杂,板材成品率低,箔材则更难生产,本文作者首次提出tini合金箔生产新工艺,即用扩散焊接-轧制-扩散处理制造tini合金箔,此法与传统的冶炼-锻造-轧制法相比,不仅工艺简单,而且成品率高,成本低;不仅可以生产接近等原子比的tini合金箔材,也可以生产不同厚度的板材。

Abstract: s a functional material,TiNi alloy possesses several speific properties, but it is relatively difficult to Produce TiNi alloy foils because of its complicated processing and low product ratio.In this paper.a new process of making TiNi alloy foils, i.e. diffusion bonding- rolling-diffusion treatment,has been peoposed. It is a simpler process with higher product-ratio and lower cost.compared with the traditional process of smelting- fogging- rolling.It is also shown that it is able to make near-equiatomic TiNi alloy foils as well as plaits of different thicknesses by the new process.

Abstract: For promoting the practice of a new developed single pendulum scratch tester in study of wear of materials and for understanding the difference between erosion (impact loading) and abrasion (steady scratching),three methods,single pendulum scratch.Sliding abrasion and blasting erosion,have been used for evaluation of wear behavior of some pure metals and several alloys.The experimental results show that there has been the relatonship between specific energy consumption (energy consumption per volume loss) and tangential dynamic hardness of materials during single pendulum grooving,which could be suggested as two criteria;another linear relationship between normal dynamic hardness and indentation microhardness has been confirmed,which could be used for evaluating abrasion resistance of materials during steady loading.
