金融脱媒对我国资本配置效率的影响分析

Abstract: 与现有绝大部分文献不同的是,本文认为,金融脱媒不只是资金需求的去银行化,还包括资金供给的去银行化。在阐释相关理论的基础上,本文首先将非金融机构对金融机构的资产和负债进行了综合处理并得到了我国的金融脱媒指数,然后通过DEA法和Malmquist指数测算了我国的资本配置效率。接着,本文运用SVAR模型等计量方法实证研究了金融脱媒对我国资本配置效率的影响效果。结果表明金融脱媒对配置效率的影响存在“期限结构效应”,即金融脱媒在短期内能显著促进我国配置效率的提高,但这种促进效应持续时间较短并在中期内转为抑制效应;长期来看,金融脱媒并未明显改进我国的资本配置效率。最后,本文分析了结论的形成原因并提出了相关政策建议。

Abstract: 采用水热方法合成了一个新的磷钼酸盐化合物,并通过元素分析、红外、紫外、循环伏安和单晶X射线衍射分析等手段对其进行了表征。单晶结构解析结构表明,该化合物的阴离子{Na[Mo12O24(OH)6(PO4H)2(PO4H3/2)2]}6-由2个{Mo6P4O31}单元和一个八面体配位的金属钠离子共价组装形成,具有夹心型结构。该化合物是目前为止获得的第一个含有孤立M[Mo6P4O31]2夹心结构的水溶性多钼磷酸盐。该水溶性化合物将会作为一个基本的反应原料和基本构筑单元合成组装出更多结构新颖、性质丰富的新型多钼磷酸盐。
巨轮型纳米多孔钼氧基多金属氧酸盐化合物表面活性部位的检测

Abstract: 利用谷氨酸盐为探针分子,通过单晶X射线结构解析、IR、元素分析、1HNMR和TG等综合分析手段,成功检测到可以看做MoO3类似物的巨轮型纳米多孔钼氧基多金属氧酸盐表面在特定条件下的反应活性点,与此同时实现了用多官能团有机分子对巨轮型金属氧簇内表面的功能型修饰.Z-扫描实验表明,所得到的这种有机-无机杂化化合物在能量为15μJ的532nm波长、18ps激光脉冲作用下,具有显著的非线性光学反饱和吸收和自聚焦响应.
柴北缘航垭地区侏罗纪含煤岩系层序地层研究

Abstract: 为揭示柴北缘航垭地区的聚煤规律,利用岩心资料对其沉积相、层序地层及聚煤作用进行研究:共识别出5种岩石类型、17种岩相类型,及识别出的河流沉积体系、三角洲沉积体系、湖泊沉积体系,并以区域不整合面、河流下切谷砂岩底面为界面,将石门沟组划分为2个3级层序,分别对应石门沟组下段和石门沟组上段。研究表明:该区煤层形成于湖侵过程中上三角洲平原泛滥盆地和下三角洲平原分流间湾沼泽,在盆地边缘河流—三角洲平原,厚煤层(G2煤)靠近最大湖泛面发育,中厚煤层(G3煤)形成于湖侵体系域的中期;在盆地内部,煤层(G1煤较薄)常靠近初始湖泛面发育。

Abstract: 基于文献分析与开放调查,编制了大学生价值观冲突问卷。通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果表明:大学生价值观冲突由个人目标手段冲突、社会目标手段冲突、规则间冲突等3个因素构成,问卷具有较好的信效度。同时还对513名大学生价值观冲突现状进行了调查,结果表明:大学生中普遍存在着不同程度的价值观冲突,不同群体的大学生价值观冲突存在差异。
Value conflict is mutual competition between values. Some studies have shown that the values conflict affects the individual success, stress, wellbeing, and even mental health. Therefore, keep the same values system is very important. However, there is few measurement of values conflict, or lack of psychological structure of individual values conflict. In this study, based on literature review and open-ended questionnaire surveys, we formulate college students’ value conflict questionnaire. Through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the result showed that the structure of the college students’ value conflict is made up of three dimensions, namely personal goal-means conflict, social goal-means conflict and rules conflict, and the questionnaire has high reliability and validity. Meanwhile, this study conducted analysis of 513 college students’ value conflict present situation, the result showed that college students have different levels of value conflict and different groups show diverse features.

Abstract: 人工智能俨然为现今热门科技研究项目及发展迅速的应用技术,能处理大量的水文信息,具有从输入的环境讯息中获取并累积经验、储存知识,进而能像人具有智慧的作出判断及推论的智能型演算程序。将人工智能应用于水资源经营管理,在台湾地区有许多成功的案例,本文旨在介绍吾等以人工智能相关理论于解决台湾地区各式水资源经营管理议题及开发水文信息系统的案例与经验。期望未来能有更多的同好参与持续整合水文水资源、生态环境及资讯工程等领域之科技,并开发更先进好用的人工智能相关理论技术于水文水资源系统,维护永续发展之生态环境,创造人工智能用于水资源经营管理的新世纪。
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a state-of-the-art technology and has nowadays become highly popular in scientific and technological fields. AI possesses great capability in handling mass information and formulating intelligent algorithms with human-like logical inference through learning messages and storing knowledge from input information. AI has been applied with great success to water resources management in Taiwan. This study aims to systematically present the development and achievements of AI techniques on integrated water sources management and hydro-informatics with respect to diversified domains including hydrology, engineering, environment, eco-hydrology and hydro-meteorology in Taiwan. The continual integration of AI techniques (neural networks, fuzzy inference, genetic algorithms) with domain-driven technologies from hydrological, water resources, eco-environmental and informatics engineering fields will be our future mission, which is dedicated to the development of advanced intelligent techniques on hydro-related systems/ platforms. The creation of a new era on water resources management and sustainable eco-environment with AI is an everlasting goal for us all to pursue.

Abstract:
随着我国农业从传统农业向现代农业的转化,农资物流的重要性日益突显。通过对农资供应链主体及主体关系的分析,归纳整理了农资供应链的基本结构和功能,构建了农资供应链的物流服务体系。结合我国农资物流发展特点,给出电子商务环境下我国农资供应链发展策略建议,为指导农资供应链的运行提供了参考和借鉴。
Along with the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, agri-material logistics is becoming increasingly important. Through analyzing the entities and their relations, the basic structure and functions are summarized and the logistics service system for agri-material supply chain is constructed. Developing strategies for agri-material supply chain are put forward under the e-commerce environment according to the features of agri-material logistics in China, which aims at providing reference for guiding the operation of agri-material supply chain.

Abstract: 为了解决国际气候争端问题,欧美等主要发达国家在其倡导的气候论坛及峰会上主张采用国际限额与交易制度。一方面,国际限额与交易制度难以全面评估和衡量不同国家碳的排放量及其减少排放的能力,正处于现代化进程中的中国据此将需要购买排放权,而代际正义有利于还原碳排放指标分配的公允。另一方面,在代际正义理论的背后,却存在明显的片面性,因为它忽略了现代科技不断进步的可能和社会价值意识水平的提高,其理论仅停留在平面维度上的思考。当前,发展中国家和发达国家应在差异中趋于协同,在看似矛盾冲突的气候谈判与整治格局中逐渐走出僵局。
Previously, in order to make international climate controversies defused, most advanced countries claimed carbon emission limitation and trading system should be taken at most international mainstream climate change summits. However, international carbon emission limitation and trading system can’t scientifically evaluate carbon emission demands and controlling abilities of different countries. And most developing countries, including China, will have to spend millions of money to purchase the authority of carbon emission. In this case, intergenerational justice theory seems to be a good way to endure fairness to the distribution of carbon emission rights. But there still exists some one-sidedness on intergenerational justice, for intergenerational justice neglects the improvements of modern technology and social awareness. And some parts of the intergene- rational justice theory still remain at plane-dimension thinking. At present, developing countries and developed countries should make improvements based on the common value, and despite mutual differences and contradictions, we can step out the impasse of global climate negotiation and governance.

西方国家从传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理的转变经历了近一个世纪的漫长历程。对于处在工业化阶段的中国企业雇佣关系管理来说,外来的人力资源管理是超越经济社会发展阶段的管理模式;从西方雇佣关系管理的演进历程来看,中国的人力资源管理是空中楼阁,缺乏管理实践的基础。现阶段中国企业雇佣关系管理要处理好先进的理论与落后的管理实践的关系,做好基础管理工作;在引进HRM先进理论方法的同时,加快HRM中国化、本土化的进程,构建适合中国实际的雇佣关系管理模式。
In western countries, the transformation from traditional PM to contemporary HRM underwent a long history about a century. For Chinese employment relations management at the industrial period, the foreign HRM is a model of transcending economically and socially developmental stage. According to the development of western employment management from PM to HRM, Chinese HRM is a castle in the air, lacking the foundation of management practice. At present, it is imperative for Chinese employment relations management to handle the relation between advanced theory and backward practice. While introducing advanced HRM theory and methods from developed countries, we must accelerate the HRM localization in China, build up the model of employment relations management appropriate to China.

Abstract:

社交网站是近年来互联网迅猛发展的产物,随着社交网站越来越受到大众的关注和推崇,其影响力日益扩大。但在社交网站蓬勃发展的同时,也暴露出其存在的不足,社交网站用户流失已成为社交网站研究的热点问题之一。本文旨在分析和研究国内外社交网站的现状,以及网站本身的缺陷、用户流失等问题的基础上,提出相应的改进措施,以期为社交网站的健康发展提供建设性的发展建议。

Social network websites become a fast growing social medium because of the rapid development of Internet. With the great influence of social network, its defects draw an attention in the research field. The customer drain is the main research topic at present. The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation of the social network worldwide and to analyze its flaw and the reason of the customer drain. We also provide improvement suggestions for future social network development.
