Abstract:
埃博拉病毒是世界上最具威胁的病原体之一,2013年9月13日始于西非几内亚的埃博拉病(Ebola virus diseases, EVD),是记载以来最严重的一次爆发。目前缺乏有效的治疗药物,研究发现埃博拉病毒通过胞内钙双孔通道(TPCs)释放基因组来完成病毒复制,汉防己甲素通过阻断胞内钙双孔通道(TPCs)来阻止埃博拉病毒基因组的释放从而阻止了病毒的复制。本文综述汉防己甲素(Tet)的抗埃博拉病毒的药理作用和作用机制及其它方面的药理活性;汉防己碱(Tet)肌松药中的苄基异奎琳的结构改造合成。同时展望了目前几种待进一步研究的钙离子拮抗剂包括钙双孔通道(TPCs)阻断剂如维拉帕米等应用于抗埃博拉病毒药物的可能性,为进一步推进汉肌松类药物深入研究提供重要参考。
The Ebola virus is one of the world’s most threatening pathogens. Ebola virus disease (EVD) which began in 13 September 2013 in Guinea, West Africa was the worst breakout since its first outbreak. Up till now we lack effective drugs. Some studies have found the Ebola virus completed virus rep-lication by endosomal calcium channels called two-pore channels (TPCs) release genome, and by blocking endosomal calcium channels TPCs, tetrandrine (Tet) prevented the release of the Ebola virus genome in order to stop the replication of the virus. Pharmacological effect and mechanism of action and other pharmacological activities of Tet in anti-Ebola virus in this review were sum-marized in detail; Tet as muscle loose medicine of the structure of benzylisonicotinamide was transformed and synthesized. At the same time, the prospects of several pending further study of calcium antagonists including blocking calcium TPCs such as verapamil applied for the possibility of anti-Ebola virus drugs were discussed, which provided important references for promoting the in-depth study of those muscle relaxant drugs.

Abstract:
本文基于2007~2013年A股上市公司数据,分析我国上市公司的股权结构对公司绩效的影响,其中,从股权集中度、机构投资者持股比例两个角度研究股权结构,发现两者对公司绩效均有积极影响。同时,机构投资者持股比例对国有企业和民营企业绩效影响没有显著差异,但是股权集中度对民营比对国有企业的影响更大,说明大股东的存在有利于民营企业控制权的行使以及公司内部监督。本文的研究为公司股权结构和绩效之间的关系提供了新的证据,对于我们进一步提高公司经营效率具有重要的意义。
Based on the A-share public listed companies’ data from 2007 to 2013, the paper analyzes the in-fluence of ownership structure on corporate performance in China. From the perspective of own-ership concentration and institutional investor related to equity structure, the empirical results show that they have positive effects on corporate performance. Meanwhile, the shareholding of institutional investors’ impact on state-owned enterprises and private enterprises does not differ significantly. But the impact of equity concentration on the private enterprises is bigger than that on the state-owned enterprises. It shows that large shareholders are conducive to the internal su-pervision and control of private enterprises. The research concerning the relationship between ownership structure and performance provides new evidence for companies to improve operating efficiency.

Explosive substances play important roles in safety testing and environmental control. This area has grown very quickly, and spectroscopy and imaging studies are currently in focus. This article described the correlation between chemical structure and impact resistance of explosives, mainly focusing on the determination of several major measurement technologies and methods, including terahertz radiation, in situ red spectroscopy, double resonance nuclear magnetic resonance and stir bar sorptive extraction technology.

近几年来出现了许多用粗糙集理论处理信息系统的方法,但是对直觉模糊信息系统还没有做出相关的讨论。本文首先在直觉模糊信息系统与决策信息表中定义了优势关系,然后引入了基于此优势关系的约简与相对约简的概念,并通过辨识矩阵及辨识函数得到求解约简与相对约简的具体方法。
Many methods based on the rough set theory to deal with information systems have been proposed in recent years. However, intuitionistic fuzzy information systems have not been investigated yet. In this paper, dominance relations are firstly defined in intuitionistic fuzzy information systems and decision tables, and then the concepts of attribute reductions and relative reductions are proposed. Practical approaches to compute all reductions and relative reductions are presented by introducing of discernibility matrix and dis-cernibility function.

Abstract:
极大熵方法是用于估计起讫点间出行分布矩阵的一种高效简便的方法。在介绍基础极大熵公式的形式和原理后,应用Stirling近似公式和对数近似公式简化基本极大熵公式,得出六个改进的极大熵公式,在总出行需求固定或可变、先验OD矩阵可行或不可行、节点流连续条件满足或不满足的三种不同的情况下在两个网络上测试七个极大熵公式,对其特征进行比较。结果表明七个目标函数在寻优时表现出一致性,但是在一些特定的情况下,有几个公式产生较大误差,使得其在实际使用中受到限制
Maximum Entropy model is an efficient and simple model to estimate origin destination matrix. After introducing the formation and principle of basic maximum entropy model, this article uses Stirling approximate formula and log sum approximate formula to simplify basic model and obtains six improved models. Then it tests seven models in two networks under three different conditions, namely the total demand is fixed or unfixed, the prior matrix is feasible or unfeasible and the node continuity condition is satisfied or unsatisfied and compare the properties of these models. The results show that they show uniform in searching for optimum solutions. However, several formations produce large errors under some circumstances, which restrict their applications in reality.

Abstract:
严重事故时,一回路将会出现蒸汽自然循环冷凝回流现象;高温蒸汽不断进入热管段,波动管和蒸汽发生器传热管,最终可能导致蒸汽发生器传热管发生蠕变断裂失效。本文首先使用严重事故分析计算严重事故时传热管蠕变断裂参数和传热管断裂的概率。然后使用简化二级概率安全分析模型评估传热管蠕变断裂导致的大量早期释放频率。最后评价一回路卸压和恢复二次侧给水等严重事故缓解措施对防止蠕变断裂的有效性。可以发现在中压和高压的情况下,一回路卸压和恢复二次侧给水能够有效地防止传热管蠕变断裂,降低大量早期释放频率。
Under severe accident conditions with countercurrent natural circulating high temperature gas in the hot leg, surge line and steam generator tubes, SG tubes integrity could be threatened by creep rupture, particularly if cracks are present in the tube walls. In this study, the first step we performs thermal-hydraulic analysis to predict the creep rupture parameter of the tubes in severe accident. The next step we applies the creep rupture models to test the potential for the degraded SG to rupture before the hot leg. Then, the mean of the SG tube rupture probability was applied to estimate large early release frequency in simplified Level-2 PSA model, and the overall LERF (Large and Early Release Frequency) risk due to the Induced SGTR was calculated. In the final step, implementation of severe accident management guidance, such as the RCS depressurization and refilling to SG, is evaluated using PSA approach. It can be found that strategy of RCS depressuriza-tion and refilling to SG can mitigate the severe accident process under the condition of high and medium pressure, and reduce LERF effectively.

Abstract:
本文采用电喷雾电离质谱技术(Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, ESI-MS)并结合源内碰撞解离质谱技术(In-source collision induced dissociation, In-source CID),对三种常见农药5%己唑醇微乳剂、30%吡虫啉微乳剂和40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂的化学成分进行了分析。被测样品经过溶解、稀释、过滤后,直接进行质谱分析。检测方法采用电喷雾电离离子源(ESI),5%己唑醇微乳剂样品采用负离子模式检测,30%吡虫啉微乳剂样品采用正负两种离子模式检测,40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂样品采用正离子模式检测。通过电喷雾电离质谱技术并结合源内碰撞解离质谱技术,分别得到了5%己唑醇微乳剂、30%吡虫啉微乳剂和40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂样品主要成分的分子离子和多级串联碎片离子,并分析了其可能的质谱断裂规律。该方法样品需求量少,方法简单、分析速度快,适用于农药以及农药残留的分析,并为5%己唑醇微乳剂、30%吡虫啉微乳剂和40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂三种农药作用机制的研究奠定了基础。
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) combined with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry technology was used for rapid analysis of three kinds of pesticide residues. In this manuscript, the rapid analytical method for Hexaconazo, Iimidacloprid residues, as well as the rule of tandem mass spectrometry for Difenconazole, was established. The method is simple and rapid. It is applicable to determine the pesticide and pesticide residues.

Abstract: 为了在除冰的同时,达到不影响电网连续供电、不改变电网潮流分布、不向电网注入谐波的目标,提出采用高频大电流通过输电线路与外加滤波装置构成回路的方式除冰的方法。高频大电流的集肤效应明显,导线发热功率高。计算及仿真结果表明,提出的除冰方法效果明显,操作方便。
The de-icing method is given that the high frequency large current flow past transmission lines and extra filtering device forming the circuit. The method ensures to remove ice, at the same time not to affect the continuous supply of power, not to change the power distribution network and not to inject harmonics to the grid. High frequency large current has obvious skin effect and wiring heating power high. The results of si-mulation and calculation show that it has obvious effect and easily operates.
