Flight trajectory recreation and playback system of aerial mission based on ossimplanet

Abstract: Recreation of flight trajectory is important among research areas. The design of a flight trajectory recreation and playback system is presented in this paper. Rather than transferring the flight data to diagram, graph and table, flight data is visualized on the 3D global of ossimPlanet. ossimPlanet is an open-source 3D global geo-spatial viewer and the system realization is based on analysis it. Users are allowed to choose their interested flight of aerial mission. The aerial photographs and corresponding configuration files in which flight data is included would be read in. And the flight statuses would be stored. The flight trajectory is then recreated. Users can view the photographs and flight trajectory marks on the correct positions of 3D global. The scene along flight trajectory is also simulated at the plane's eye point. This paper provides a more intuitive way for recreation of flight trajectory. The cost is decreased remarkably and security is ensured by secondary development on open-source platform.
A drainage-enhancing device for foam fractionation of proteins

Abstract: The foam fractionation of nisin from its fermentation broth was studied. Two types of devices consisting of a rubber piston and a foam riser were developed to enhance foam drainage. The separation performance of these two devices was investigated. Experimental results indicated that the second device could significantly reduce the liquid fraction of the foam leaving the column, out, leading to a higher enrichment of the out-flow stream. As its mounting height increased from 0 to 15 cm, out declined from 7.07‰ to 6.13 ‰ and the maximum nisin activity in the foamate could reach 39.6 IU/μL. The slight increase in nisin inactivation rate indicated the applicability of this method in the recovery and concentration of proteins. Finally, the mechanism of the process was primarily explained by invoking recent work on pneumatic foams. This research provides a basis for the design of multistage draining foam fractionator which could potentially be an effective separation equipment.

Abstract: By means of the concepts of factorial moment, return map and NM estimator, we analyze some responses of a HH neuron to various types of spike-train inputs. The corresponding fractal dimensions and values of NM estimators can describe the correlation characteristics quantitatively. It is found that all the intervals of successive output spikes may obey a power-law for some conditions. And in time scale the output series for a HH model for each type of inputs is correlated with typical correlation length and correlation strength. These power-law and correlation characteristics may be useful in the coding and decoding process of HH neurons. These concepts may distinguish different inputs quantitatively. Abstract: An analytical formula for the contributions of the trend leftovers in DFA method is presented, based upon which the crossovers in DFA are investigated in detail. This general formula can explain the calculated results with DFA method for some examples in literature very well.

Abstract:
Objective: To define the normal ranges of umbilical cord blood values in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Methods: 1266 normal newborns were screened as umbilical cord blood gas samples. Normal neonates are full-term live pregnancies, single births, weight suitable for gestational age and heavier than the gestational age of the newborn without complications. Re-sults: The umbilical cord blood collected from 1266 newborns was analyzed in this study. The calculated reference range of the umbilical arterial PH was 7.16 - 7.39, of SBE was ?8.25 - 1.67 mmol/L, of lactic acid was 1.4 - 7.5 mmol/L, and of HCO3 was 15.60 - 30.70 mEq/L. Conclusions: This study confirmed the normal reference value of umbilical cord blood gas analysis in Enshi Tujia Miao Autonomous Prefecture.

Abstract: Inspired by the theory of Constructivism, the notions of learner diversity and learner choice get a lot of awareness and recognition of many educators, therefore more and more emphasis has been placed on the position of students in the classroom. As a consequence, the traditional teacher-centered foreign language teaching pattern has been supplanted by a new students-centered pattern by which students are the main body of the class and the owner of their learning. However, teachers’ role in students-centered foreign language teaching class should not be neglected. In intensive reading class, which is a course to cultivate the students’ comprehensive abilities of language, the roles of the teacher, instead of as a controller and a dominant, should be played fully as a manager and an organizer of the language teaching class, a designer of the teaching process, a source of teaching material, an investigator and a counselor of students’ learning and a promoter of deepening and confirming the accepted knowledge.
