Abstract:
Salvation and rebirth are classical themes in Jewish fictions. The Magic Barrel depicts the life of different characters, showing their transformation from suffering to salvation. Researching the salvation can help readers to understand this novel better. So through analyzing three characters’ transformations, this article researches the salvation in The Magic Barrel, and reveals that kindness and love are the origins of salvation.
Effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granule on expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H1 in esophageal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granule on the expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H1 in esophageal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy.Methods: Sixty-three cases of esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups: Fuzheng Yiliu Granule plus radiotherapy treated group (n=30) and radiotherapy treated group (n=33). The carcinoma specimens were obtained through endoscopic biopsy before and after twenty-one days of treatment. The expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H1 was determined in the sixty-three specimens of esophageal carcinoma by immunohistochemical SABC methods. Results: After twenty-one days of treatment, the positive rates of CD44v6 in the Fuzheng Yiliu Granule plus radiotherapy treated group and the radiotherapy treated group were 40.0% and 69.7%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The positive rates of nm23-H1 in the Fuzheng Yiliu Granule plus radiotherapy treated group and the radiotherapy treated group were 20.0% and 21.2%, respectively, and the difference was not significant between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusio: Fuzheng Yiliu Granule can lower the expression of CD44v6 in esophageal carcinoma, and may prevent infiltration and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.
Effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granule-medicated serum on apoptosis of liver cancer cells from mice and its mechanism

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granule (FZYLG)-medicated serum on apoptosis of liver cancer cells H22 from mice and its mechanism. Methods: Liver cancer cells H22 from mice were incubated in culture media containing sera from rabbits medicated with different doses of FZYLG. Flow cytometry was used to examine the cell cycle and analyze the apoptotic rate of the H22 cells. The morphological changes of the H22 cells were observed by transmission electron microscope and the apoptosis related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax were examined by streptavidin-biotin peroxidase complex (SABC) method. Results: FZYLG-medicated serum could influence the cell cycle and stop the proliferation of H22 cells at the G1/G0 phase with apoptotic peak being detected. In culture media with FZYLG-medicated sera, the expression of Bcl-2 decreased while that of Bax increased as compared with that in culture medium with non-medicated serum (P<0.05). Conclusion: FZYLG-medicated serum can induce apoptosis of the liver cancer cells H22 by influencing the cell cycle, down-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 and up-regulating the expression of Bax.
Effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granules on apoptotic rate and mitochondrial membrane potential of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line H22 from mice

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Granules (FZYLG) on apoptotic rate and mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line H22 from mice. Methods: Forty-eight mice inoculated with H22 cells were randomly divided into four groups: untreated group, cyclophosphamide-treated group, high-dose FZYLG-treated group and low-dose FZYLG-treated group. After 14 days of corresponding treatment, H22 cells in each group were stained with propidium iodide, and the apoptotic rates were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). The rhodamine 123 was used as a fluorescence probe to label the H22 cells, and the fluorescence intensities were observed with laser scanning confocal microscope. The fluorescence intensity of H22 cells indicated the Δψm of H22 cells.Results: FZYLG could significantly increase the apoptotic rate while reduce the Δψm of H22 cells from mice as compared with those in the untreated group. Conclusion: The antitumor effects of FZYLR on H22 cells from mice are related to decreasing the Δψm and then inducing the apoptotsis of the H22 cells.

Abstract:
In recent years, Internet finance has become a trend in the future devel-opment of the financial industry due to its high efficiency and high coverage. The integration of green finance and the Internet makes resource allocation more reasonable and solves some difficulties in the development of green finance, but at the same time it puts forward higher requirements for the business models. As one of the main products of “Internet Green Finance” practice, Ant Forest fully demonstrates the innovation of the business model derived from “Internet Green Finance”. This study explores the feasibility of this business model by analyzing the business model of ant forest from four aspects: customer value proposition, profit model, key resources and key processes, and then provides a reference for the innovation of other business models under “Internet Green Finance”.

Abstract: The impact of strong wind and rain loads will adversely affect the reliability of the overhead lines, it’s necessary to study changes in risk of transmission system and establish the reliability model of overhead lines through the strong wind and rain loads. In this article, the stochastic properties of overhead lines’ strength and loads were used, according to principles of structural reliability, time-dependent failure probability model of overhead lines was established under the impact of strong wind and rain loads. Simulation of the IEEE-79 system demonstrates that failure probability model is effective. This simulation result also shows that the impact of strong wind and rain loads will seriously affect reliability indices of system loads, rain loads cannot be ignored under
strong wind and rain loads.
Short-Term Reliability Evaluation of Transmission System Using Lightning Strike Probability Prediction  [PDF]

Abstract: The transmission lines are exposed to the atmosphere nature and will be affected by adverse weather such as lightning storm, so that it will affect the reliability of transmission system. This paper studies the fault probability model of transmission line during the lightning storm, and evaluates the short-term reliability of transmission system in the forecasting weather condition. Firstly, build the lightning strike fault probability model of the transmission line based on historical lightning record information, then calculate the lightning strike probability under the forecasting weather conditions, furthermore evaluate the reliability index of transmission system. Utilizing IEEE RTS-79 system to verify the validity of the proposed model and the results show that lightning has great negative influence on the transmission lines and the reliability of transmission system. The reliability evaluation model proposed in this paper can guide the short-term operation and online scheduling for transmission system operators.
Interferometric Phase Improvement Based on Polarimetric Data Fusion

Abstract: In this paper, a method is proposed to improve the interferometric phase quality, based on fusing data from different polarimetric channels. Since lower amplitude implies less reliable phase in general, the phase quality of polarimetric interferometric data can be improved by seeking optimal fusion of data from different polarizations to maximize the resulting amplitude. In the proposed approach, for each pixel, two coherent polarimetric scattering vectors are synchronously projected onto a same optimum direction, maximizing the lower amplitude of the two projections. In the single-look case, the fused phase is equivalent to the weighted average of phases in all polarimetric channels. It provides a good physical explanation of the proposed approach. Without any filtering, the phase noise and the number of residue points are significantly reduced, and the interferometric phase quality is greatly improved. It is a useful tool to preprocess the phase ahead of phase unwrapping. The Cloude’s coherence optimization method is used for a comparison. Using the data collected by SIR-C/X-SAR, the authors demonstrate the effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed approach.
Next-to-Leading-Order QCD corrections to J/\psi(\Upsilon)+\gamma production at the LHC

Abstract: In this work, we calculate the next-to-leading-order (NLO) QCD corrections to the process $p+p \to J/\psi + \gamma$ via the color-singlet mechanism at the LHC. The results show that the partial cross section ($p_t^{J/\psi}>$3GeV and $|y^{J/\psi,\gamma}|<$3) is enhanced by a factor of about 2.0, and the differential cross section can be enhanced by two orders of magnitude in the large transverse momentum region of $J/\psi$. Furthermore, the polarization of $J/\psi$ changes from transverse polarization at leading-order to longitudinal polarization at NLO. For the inclusive $J/\psi$ hadroproduction, it is known that the color-octet contributions are one order of magnitude larger than the color-singlet contribution, and the polarization distribution is dominated by the color-octet behavior at NLO. In contrast, for $J/\psi+\gamma$ production the color-singlet contribution is of the same order as the color-octet contribution, and the polarization distribution arises from both the color-singlet and color-octet. Therefore, measurements of $J/\psi$ production associated with a direct photon at the hadron collider could be an important supplement to testify the theoretical framework treating with the heavy quarkonium. In addition, an NLO QCD correction to $\Upsilon+\gamma$ production at the LHC is also presented in this paper.
Method of Parameters Optimization in SVM based on PSO

Abstract: To overcome the uncertainty and to resolve the problem of parameters optimization in kernel function of support vector machine (SVM), particle swarm optimization (PSO) method, which was originated form artificial life and evolutionary computation, is applied to SVM’s parameters selection and optimization in the paper. The improved PSO algorithm of increasing convergence rate is proposed based on the analyzingprinciple of basic PSO. Thereupon, the improved PSO algorithm has self- adaptive ability that can be faster searching in early phase and more carefully searching in latter phase rather than basic PSO, and can be meeting the requests of diversification and intensification. The simulation experiment results demonstrate that, the selected kernel parameters by the new PSO algorithm can improve the overall performance of the SVM classifier and have new application domain.
