Abstract:
The way of cooperation between government and social capital is widely used in the field of infrastructure construction. According to relevant data, the social capital participating in PPP (Public Private Partnership) project is divided into three categories, and the strengths and weaknesses are analyzed; the evaluation index system of social capital is constructed from four aspects of financial ability, technical ability, management ability and historical project evaluation, and the selection evaluation model is constructed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; finally, taking a wastewater treatment plant PPP project as an example, the model is proved to be scientific and reasonable, and provides a new way for the government to choose social capital.

Abstract: A newLondon-Eyring-Polanyi-Sato (LEPS) potential energy surface (PES) is used in the O + CH4 → OH + CH3 reaction via the quasiclassical trajectory method (QCT). Comparing with the experiments and the former ab initio calculations, the new LEPS PES describes the actual potential energy surface of the O + CH4 reaction successfully. The four polarization dependent “generalized” differential cross sections (PDDCS) are presented in the center of mass frame. In the meantime, the distribution of dihedral angle [P(φr), the distribution of angle between k and j' (P(θr)] and the angular distribution of product rotational vectors in the form of polar plots in θr andφr (P(θr, φr) are calculated. The isotope effect for the reactions O + CD4 is also calculated. These results are in good agreement with the experiments.

Abstract: Based on the review of latest papers related to the application of barium alloy, the deoxidization effects of barium and barium alloy, and the dynamic characteristics of molten bath have been systematically studied by means of the convection free bath, natural convection bath, air and vacuum induction melting experiments. It was found that both the total oxygen content and soluble oxygen content in molten bath decreased rapidly. The results obtained provided practical and theoretical basis for further synthetic applications of barium alloy in metallurgical industry.
Solving Vertex Cover Problem Using DNA Tile Assembly Model

Abstract: DNA tile assembly models are a class of mathematically distributed and parallel biocomputing models in DNA tiles. In previous works, tile assembly models have been proved be Turing-universal; that is, the system can do what Turing machine can do. In this paper, we use tile systems to solve computational hard problem. Mathematically, we construct three tile subsystems, which can be combined together to solve vertex cover problem. As a result, each of the proposed tile subsystems consists of (1) types of tiles, and the assembly process is executed in a parallel way (like DNA’s biological function in cells); thus the systems can generate the solution of the problem in linear time with respect to the size of the graph. 1. Introduction In the history of human designing computing devices, nature has provided brilliant ideas and frameworks to design intelligent computing models. Recently, due to the highly distributed and parallel features, bioinspired computing, including DNA computing [1–4], membrane computing [5–9], and neural-like computing [10–12], have received a lot of research attention. One of the famous results of biocomputing is Adleman's DNA computing model, which uses DNA molecule to solve a Hamiltonian path problem in tubes [1]. It demonstrated the feasibility of solving combinatorial problems by molecular computing, which used the vast parallelism of DNA molecule to do the combinatorial search among a large number of possible solutions. Till now, DNA computing has been heavily developed and used in different research fields, such as breaking cryptosystems [2, 13], hiding messages [4, 13], and computing functions [14]. However, most of the proposed DNA computing models are not autonomous, which require human intervention in each step, and the scale of the problems solved by DNA computing is restricted by the large numbers of laboratory procedures, error-prone reactions, and the time consumed. In the present work, we focus on a kind of DNA computing models, named DNA tile assembly model. DNA tile assembly model can automatically organize the components into defined aggregates with stable and robust structures [15]. Following the research line, it was theoretically proved that the tile assembly model of DNA computing is Turing-universal [2], while the experimental demonstration of computation using DNA tile was initialled in [16]. Immunomodulatory properties of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth

Abstract: We used in vitro stem cell analysis approaches, including flow cytometry, inductive differentiation, telomerase activity, and Western blot analysis to assess multipotent differentiation of SHED and in vivo implantation to assess tissue regeneration of SHED. In addition, we utilized systemic SHED transplantation to treat systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)-like MRL/lpr mice.We found that SHED are capable of differentiating into osteogenic and adipogenic cells, expressing mesenchymal surface molecules (STRO-1, CD146, SSEA4, CD73, CD105, and CD166), and activating multiple signaling pathways, including TGFβ, ERK, Akt, Wnt, and PDGF. Recently, BMMSCs were shown to possess an immunomodulatory function that leads to successful therapies for immune diseases. We examined the immunomodulatory properties of SHED in comparison to BMMSCs and found that SHED had significant effects on inhibiting T helper 17 (Th17) cells in vitro. Moreover, we found that SHED transplantation is capable of effectively reversing SLE-associated disorders in MRL/lpr mice. At the cellular level, SHED transplantation elevated the ratio of regulatory T cells (Tregs) via Th17 cells.These data suggest that SHED are an accessible and feasible mesenchymal stem cell source for treating immune disorders like SLE.Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) have been identified as a population of postnatal stem cells with the potential to self-renew and differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, and neural cells [1-5]. Abstract: Bone marrow is the most important source of adult stem cells, which contains heterogeneous populations of cells including hematopoietic stem cells, erythrocytes, fibroblasts, adipocytes and etc. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is a subset of nonhematopoietic stem cells existed in bone marrow originating from the mesodermal germ layer[1,2]. MSCs were first identified by Friedenstein and were described as an adherent, fibroblast-like population in the in vitro culture of bone marrow which were also found to be able to differentiate into bone in vivo[3]. MSCs also existed in other tissues, including adipose, umbilical cord, fetal liver, muscle and lung [4-8].MSCs have the ability to differentiate into multiple lineages such as chondrocytes, osteocytes, adipocytes, myocytes, and astrocytes, so MSCs could be considered as a potential source of stem cells for cellular and genetic therapy [5,9]. The phenotype of MSCs is identified by the absence of the CD34 and CD45 hematopoietic cell markers and is positive for CD29, CD90 and CD105[10]. MSCs express the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I but do not express MHC class II, B7-1, B7-2, CD40 and CD40L molecules. MSCs can be expanded more than 104-fold in culture without loss of their multilineage differentiation potential. Some studies have established that bone-marrow-derived MSCs can engraft injured tissues, such as those of the lung, liver, heart, and brain, and recover their function. In past ten years, many studies have confirmed that the use of stem cell transplantation is an important tool in the treatment of several types of malignancies[11-13]. For these reasons[14], such cells are currently being tested for potential use in cell and gene therapy for tumors[15,16]. Abstract: To facilitate the wider use of computers all over the world,it is necessary to provide National Language Support in the computer systems.This paper introduces some aspects of design and implementation of the UNIX-based Chinese Information Processing Systems (CIPS). Due to the special nature of the Oriental languages,and in order to be able to share resources and exchange in formation between different countries,it is necessary to create a standard of multilingual information exchange code.The unified Chinese/Japanese/Korean character code,Han Character Collection(HCC),was proposed to ISO/IEC JTC1/SC2/WG2 by China Computer and Information Processing Standardization Technical Committee.Based on this character set and the corresponding coding system,it is possible to create a true Internationalized UNIX System.

Abstract: International use of the UNIX system in recent years provokes a need to expand its functionality. Extensions are needed to process data in various languages as the market requirement dictate1,2]. With the advent of open systems and interfaces, the method of internationalization (I18N) has become standardized. Hanzix Association was founded by the fortitute of Software, The Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISAS, Beijing), Institute of Information Industry (III, Taipei) and Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK, Hong Kong), and its aim is to promote an open system standard for Chinese character (Hanzi) processing. This paper presents Hanzix, an open system environment to support Hanzi processing, including enhancemed recommended for Hanzi API,input method mechedsm, codeset conversion and armuncement, and reviews the current work.
