The object of this paper is to present the development of the uncertainties of the parameter values produced by an algorithm for a mathematical model based on the spectroscopic signature of iconic conformations. Emphasis is given to including the systematic experimental error simultaneously with primary measured data and the use of fully determined solution of equations to unknowns. To demonstrate the details of finding the parameter uncertainties, the data from two independent publications are joined.
